Santa Clara River Earth Day Conference

Oxnard College and Friends of the Santa Clara River invite organizations to have an exhibition booth at the Santa Clara River Earth Day Conference.
EVENT SYNOPSIS: “River Revealed: the Santa Clara River” is a public event, featuring keynote and expert speaker presentations, workshops, student poster sessions, dinner, and other innovative activities.
BOOTH GUIDELINES: Booth space is 10’x10’. Equipment such as canopy, tables, chairs not provided. Electric power not provided. Please no loud music or electric generators. Displays related to Santa Clara River topics is strongly desired such as but not limited to: stewardship, conservation, recreation, biological resources, surface and groundwater resources, history, and more. No sales permitted.
APPLICATION: Fill out the form online below. Upon approval, a wavier required by Oxnard College will be emailed and must be returned promptly before any set up at the conference.
DAY OF EVENT: Booths will set up at the entry courtyard of the Oxnard College Performing Arts Building at the direction of the event manager. Set up 1-2pm, Exhibit 2-6:30pm, Break down by 7:30pm. Absolutely no trash or items shall be left after the event. Temporary parking for booth set up and break down may be provided.
