The Fire and Flow Forum Strategic Plan Winter 2018 has been finalized! After the Thomas Fire, stakeholders from Ventura and Santa Barbara counties came together to collaborate on how to collectively respond and recover from devastating fires, debris flows, build resiliency into the landscape to adapt to climate change. Friends of the Santa Clara River is proud to have been an active contributor to this document as it helps Southern California communities rebuild post the Thomas and Woolsey fires.
