The Santa Clara River Parkway/California State Coastal Conservancy hosts a variety of publications regarding enhancement and sustainability along the Santa Clara River. From local plant species to the history of the river itself, the Santa Clara River Enhancement and Management Plan gives a glimpse at what the Santa Clara River could be.
The purpose of the Santa Clara River Enhancement and Management Plan (SCREMP) is to provide a guidance document for the preservation, enhancement, and sustainability of the physical, biological, and economic resources that occur within the 500-year floodplain limits of the Santa Clara River mainstem that will be of benefit to stakeholders when planning and implementing projects and activities.
