Re-imagining Access: ARCS of Experience for the Santa Clara River was a study produced by California State Polytechnic University, Pomona’s Studio 606 in 2009. The end result of the study was a 441 “comprehensive vision plan for Public Access, Education and Stewardship…”
The goal of this comprehensive vision plan for Public Access, Education and Stewardship is to create public access that balances the desire for increased environmental education and stewardship of its users, the requirements of current land use, and the critical needs of ecosystem function.
