Ribbon Cutting for the Ethnobotany Native Plant Nature Trail at the Fillmore Fish Hatchery
When: Postponed until further notice
You’re invited! Please join us for the public opening. Come fill your senses and be a part of the day! Enjoy the trail through the garden and learn about our local ecology, wildlife and habitat restoration along the Santa Clara River. Many of the plants share a long history with the local Chumash and Tataviam peoples of the area who used these plants for food, medicine, and building materials. We’ll have locally grown refreshments, native plants for sale to take home and more!
